01 BOOK YOUR INTENSIVE
Reserve your design date instantly by paying your 50% deposit and signing your contract.
02 PREP WORK
Get ready for your Design Intensive by responding to your client questionnaire and uploading any assets like copywriting or existing branding two weeks ahead of your project date.
03 PROJECT DIRECTION
Book your strategy call for one week before our Intensive to lay the groundwork by establishing the creative direction, clearly aligning objectives, and approving the order of priorities so we can start strong and get started with clarity during the Intensive.
04 DESIGN INTENSIVE
Make sure you are prepared for your Design Intensive, ready to participate and cooperate through WhatsApp and Zoom. I will be sending assets quickly throughout the day and seeking your prompt input, making any necessary changes on the spot. We will focus on your essential requirements initially, with any leftover time spent on other desirable items. You will receive the final files by the end of the day.

FAQs
When you hire me for a VIP Design Day, you are hiring me for a full day my undivided attention (5 hours), not a guaranteed set of deliverables. Typically everything on your list will get accomplished in the day, but if not you are able to book additional VIP Days to finish everything.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your VIP Design Intensive. The remaining 50% will be due prior to handoff.
I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Other factors to consider are whether you are planning to hire a copywriter or book a photographer – these things should be booked first to ensure the assets are ready for our VIP week. If you are planning on writing your own copy, give yourself some buffer time to get this done (it always takes longer than you think!)
